One Earth, one plan

Maximize the potential of natural resources.

Never before has our abundance of natural resources been so vital to both the well-being of the American economy and the health of the world population. These precious resources, if untapped under too-strict federal regulations, are simply wasted potential. What good is achieved by the veins of anthracite coal, fields of pure oil, and seams of clean natural gas that stay, unused, deep below our feet? None.

My administration will achieve the perfect balance of EPA regulations so that we, the American people, can utilize natural resources to our economic benefit, while doing so responsibly to prevent irreversible change and protect our single Earth for future generations.
Create technical jobs in renewable and sustainable energy.

We’re living in a time of great innovation—innovation that extends across every single American industry. From the development of new solar panels and electric cars to wind turbines and hydroelectric dams, and everything in between, the renewable energy industry is no exception. As president, I’ll promote a new emphasis on technical education for jobs that fulfill the growing demand for skilled workers in the renewable energy sector. Let’s set the stage for the success of future generations with the clean energy infrastructure that America needs.
Support green corporations and businesses.

I support tax cuts for corporations and businesses that run on renewable energy, for a simple reason: the only way to encourage companies to minimize harmful pollution and be environmentally sustainable is to make it economically beneficial to do so. I plan to incentivize the use of renewable energy more than any president has ever done before me. Plus, the tax cuts that corporations receive for running on green energy will convince them to stay here at home—not outsource to foreign countries—providing jobs to millions of hard working Americans like you.
Work towards sustainable electrical grids.

I won’t get caught up in any outrageous claims that America’s power grids run should run completely off of renewable energy. This extent of an overhaul in energy infrastructure is simply not realistic in the immediate future. Under my administration, however, we’ll not only set the infrastructural foundations for clean grids, but also focus on domestic renewable energy, such as the installation rooftop solar panels, with the hope of reducing the carbon footprint of every American home and supplying even more excess energy to our power grids.
